Air Fryer Accessories! Must Have!

Since writing my air fryer blog on the top air fryer foods, I've had people ask what products I use to make my air frying experience better. In the past few weeks, I have posted several affiliate links on my Facebook page, but I wanted to post them all in once place for easy browsing. These are my Amazon Associate links and I may earn a commission for every click/purchase and I appreciate that very much!

Let's start with my air fryer! You can't go wrong with any Cuisinart (I have the TOA-60, which has recently been replaced with the newer model, the TOA-70 with a grill). I love the air fryer/toaster oven combo. However, here are some Ninja brands that also come highly recommended:

At the time of this blog, the Cuisinart digital model has a crazy coupon with $45 off. I've read review though, and people do seem to prefer the air fryer with knobs. The Ninja ovens are awesome too. The flip up and away air fryer is popular for small spaces and the new Ninja Foodi oven does it all AND is on sale for less than the traditional Cuisinart.

Accessory #1: Oil Sprayer
I first discovered this little miracle while watching QVC. There are a ton of them out on the market and some are very expensive. I really like this glass sprayer. It works well to lightly coat food for the air fryer like salmon patties, veggies or foods with breading that you want to take next level in crispiness. You might also note that when cooking with Panko breadcrumbs, the oil sprayer is a must! I've burned many Panko encrusted items and had the crumbs flying around in the oven when I forgot to spray!

Accessory #2: Cuisinart Replacement Basket
Ok, let's be real here. If you've owned the Cuisinart AF, you know that basket is ridiculously nasty and tough to clean, even in the dishwasher. I have tried every cleaning hack and degreaser out there and no dice. I was delighted to find this pan, which is non-stick and every bit as useful in the oven! Everything is still crisp!

Accessory # 3: Parchment Paper Liners
Since getting the non-stick basket, I don't see myself using the paper quite as much, but it still a winner for air frying sticky stuff. People love air frying refrigerated dough and cookies, but hate that their food sticks to the wire baskets. Parchment paper with holes is a great accessory to have around. It's cheap and comes in a variety of sizes-even for basket air fryers! Just a warning, if you're using an oven style AF, you'll want to be sure the paper is properly weighted down. The fan will blow the paper around, and if it comes in contact with the heating elements, it will burn (yes, I've done it!).

Accessory #4: Foil Sheets
When I am cooking something extra drippy, like chicken, I like to line my air fryer pan with foil. I love keeping around a food service box of single foil sheets. They're quick and easy and make clean up a snap. These are especially useful when cooking fish in the air fryer! The fishy smell is gone and doesn't hang around for the next air fryer use.

This is a short and simple list of things I think you need for home air frying! It's based on my experiences and I would love to hear from you on what you use in your kitchen. I've searched a lot of air fryer accessory kits, and they all seem to have a lot of junk that no one really uses. Make your air frying experiences top notch with a few simple and inexpensive tools! Let me know if you decide to incorporate any of these into your cooking!
